The founding fathers absolutely and specifically forbade the federal government from exercising certain powers over the individual states and their citizens.

Week 4 - Oct. 11 / 12

What Safeguards Were Posted To Protect The Freedoms Granted By The Constitution?

Recognizing the inherent powers in greed for power, the drafters of the Constitution designed it to protect the people against governmental overreach.

Week 5 - Oct. 18 / 19

Whose Responsibility Is It To Protects The Freedoms Granted By The Constitution?

Our Republic form of government will only function and survive if every generation remains informed and involved. How are we doing? What are we teaching our children?
